CLASS TYPES

TODDLERS
If your little one is walking, they are ready for Toddler Musical Movement! A 45-minute safe introduction to dance and creative expression by learning basic steps and rhythm. This class will strengthen motor skills, balance, and coordination through music and props.

BALLET/TAP TOTS
An introduction to the beginning foundation of ballet and tap. This class will enhance your child’s coordination, balance, musicality, and flexibility with the teaching of basic ballet positions, tap steps, and terminology. The class is structured as 30 minutes of ballet and 30 minutes of tap.

BEGINNER JAZZ
Ages 5-7 will learn the Beginning level of Jazz movement with Ms. Amber including focus of pointed toes and straight legs, fun music, and learning how to entertain while having fun!

BEGINNER BALLET
Ages 5-7 will learn the introduction course to Ballet terms, technique, and movement. This class is crucial for the current or future competitive dancer, as it is the core of all dance technical training!

HIP HOP
Hip-hop dance is a unique and exciting style of street dance that is most commonly performed in hip-hop music. This class is perfect for the dancer that either LOVES hip hop or wants to have FUN!

ACRO/TUMBLING
Acro is an acrobatics class with a foundation in dance. Students will learn basic mat tumbling, strength training and flexibility.

SKILLS TECHNIQUE
This class is designed to focus on varying elements of turn technique and jump technique which can greatly benefit dancers when incorporated into choreography.

BALLET
Laiche Dance Ballet training combines scientific principles with elements of classical French, Italian and Russian syllabus. The goal of the curriculum is to train students to use their bodies correctly by educating them on anatomy, kinetics, coordination and alignment.

JAZZ TECHNIQUE
This class focuses on the basics of jazz dance which include transitional technique, center control, spotting, turning and leaping.

HIGH SCHOOL DANCE TEAM TECHNIQUE
In this class, Ms. Amber will bring a wide variety of training for the high school dancer. This class will focus on the STRENGTH of a highschool dancer's technique, balance, stamina, musicality, and control.

CONTEMPORARY
Contemporary dance is a style of interpretive dance that embraces innovation, blending techniques from various genres, including classical ballet, jazz, modern dance, and lyrical dance.

HIGH SCHOOL DANCE TEAM POM
In this class, Ms. Amber focuses on specific pom motions to prepare the dancers for high school dance team routines. She emphasizes pom combinations, strength, and stamina for competitive performances and game days. It's a comprehensive approach aimed at ensuring success both on the sidelines and on the stage.

STRETCH & STRENGTH
This class is designed to emphasize body control, strength and flexibility to aide dancers progress. The goal of this class is to progressively increase flexibility and body awareness while educating dancers on how to protect their bodies & avoid injuries.

LADIES/MOMS
Shouting out all my ladies and moms that love to dance! This one hour class with Ms. Amber will include a variety of training from stretching to abs, yoga, and dancing of course! While

PRO PREP
With Ms. Amber's top tier NFL background, she will train you in this class for your professional dream team. This class will incorporate strength conditioning, technique, and advanced choreography. This class is for dancers ages 17 and up only. While
